The price is very fair, and the facilities are also very new. Anyway, this is a very nice hotel. Clean, convenient location, good service, quiet and you can even cook at room:)

The staff were excellent and very friendly, make me feel at home. Its location was excellent, walkable to Her Majestry's Theatre for a night musical, Chinatown for excellent timsum/noodles and walkable to Myer/David Jones. Of all, quietness/oasis or a gem in the heart of Melbourne cbd. Also walkable to gardens of Melbourne.

Great room facilities. Good location for the city, although a little off the main routes. Handy for trams and good selction of restaurants less than 10 minutes away. Really quite impressed. Will recommend and
Did not have wi-fi. I would have expected this in a new hotel.

The location was pretty good, just next to the City Circle which is pretty pratical, the shopping area are close and also it's 1 step away from the Chinatown which we wanted to spend some time. The service was friendly and answer your needs well. The room was good for the price, our bed was big and clean, the bathroom was clean and functionable.
The location is a bit far from the top cities spot if u wanna have a walk but u got are trams and bus so u can overcome it. The main bad point was when we arrived after a long trip, really exhausted, we wanted to check in at 11am but our room wasnt made so we had to wait in the restaurant, and also i dont know about others appart. style hotel but the fact that u have to pay first was a bit bad as i said we where exhausted but needed to go to bank to do some change before checking in. Just be aware of that.

Good location near Chinatown and theatres, quiet, good city views from higher floors. Easy access to public transport including the free tram route.
Cafe has limited opening hours.

Checking in and out was quick and easy. We were in a hurry at both times and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable, it was very clean and basic kitchenette facilities more than adequate.
Only thing I can say is that, as a woman on my own, I was a bit concerned using the lane late at night that gives access to the hotel.

The room and its bathroom size is big as compared to other 4 star places that we have stayed before. The location is great as it is within the CBD and near to the free tourist tram stops and big supermarkets (advantage if you need to stock up food supplies) . We arrived early in the morning and was allowed to check in early at 9.30 a.m, which we appreciate. The aircond was working well, and we have the luxury of a balcony, which is good as we can open the sliding door to allow some fresh air to come into our room. Overall, a really pleasant stay and would reccommend to our friends.
The facilities at this place is lacking however compared to other 4 star hotels or apartments in the city e.g no swimming pool, spa, gym, practical waiting lobby and washing machine. The reception hours is also not 24 hours i.e there are no reception officers/service from 10 p.m onwards till 7 a.m the next day.

The staff were fantastic. An oversight on my part meant that some important items were left behind when we checked out. The staff ensured the items were express couriered ahead so they were waiting at the destination where they were needed. I cannot express how grateful I was for the oustanding service!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cube and would most definatley return and stay again. The rooms were very clean and modern and the $10.00 breakfasts were outstanding value for money.
